Brinn was happy to see that Santa did bring her the "Giddy Up-N-Go" pony she wanted. However, Santa left her a letter saying that his elves must have left out a part because his head was all droopy and he wouldn't work. Wink, wink. But to Shane and I it looked like his neck must have broke in half when the elves were putting it together. :-) Anyway, Santa said in his letter that she could get a new one if she took the letter to ToysRUs. Thank goodness, tense moment there.
In our healthy moments at home we got to spend some quality time with our families and see some friends. Of course, the time went too fast and we didn't get to see nearly everyone we hoped to. We did get to make it to Lainie and Jarrod's New Years party, we got to see Nick and Kelly before they had baby Dylan (they had her today - CONGRATS!), and we got to go bowling with Tommy, Holly and the kids. If I remember correctly, Quinn and Brinn both had their game on and beat us all.
I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and wish you great things in 2009. WE sure had no problem kissing 2008 GOODBYE!!
Here's some pictures from the last couple of weeks. I'll post more later after I download them.
